Ordered burger with creamy mushroom. Order arrived without creamy mushroom. Phoned up to let them know and was advised they’d send it out but never arrived

One an half hour late. Lukewarm not hot

Usually love this place, have ordered many times, but this time was awful. Cold food, soggy chips, and half an hour later than advised.

Hello as regular customers at kapadokya we were a little disappointed tonight, the food is normal brilliant but the pizzas were over cooked and dry and the chips were cold and stale. The kebab was spot on

Hi there. I have always had excellent quality food delivered from your restaurant previously. But i have to mention to you that an order i received on sat 15 May wasn't up to the usual standard and actually left us very disappointed. It was order number 447274741. Now i have to say the turkish doner was lovely as usual. But the xl lamb sheesh was the let down. The meat was really overcooked and chewy. Even worse a few pieces were full of gristle and had to be spat out. Ive ordered this same kebab loads of times and its always delicious. Ive recommended it to my friends. But this time it was very poor. Could i please have a reply from the manager? mfulty@aol.com
